Super cheap rates, but good luck calling support
Bundled our cars and renters policy here, and the price is honestly unbeatable. The app itself is slick for routine stuff like updating your card or address. Only knocking off one star because trying to reach a human on the phone line takes way too much patience. Stick to the app and you'll love it.

Superb nursing care, yet very slow administrative process
The floor staff in the nursing home are not only extremely attentive, but the nurse is also excellent at what she does. On the downside, it took us approximately three weeks, with so many frustrations, to get our doctor's approval letters and Medi-Cal paperwork done. Still, once you manage to deal with paperwork, everything else works really well.

We love the clean environment of the facility and the amazing staff. Dad enjoys talking with the men of the group, and they sometimes get quite a bit of laughter together, although the menu for meals is a little tasteless and doesn't offer much variety.

Got the kitchen sink flowing, but definitely expensive
Sunday afternoon our kitchen sink backed up completely. A technician arrived in an hour and a half and cleared the line fast. Knocking off a star because $390 is expensive, but having a working sink on a Sunday is worth it.

New water heater in about 4 hours flat
Found a huge puddle around our old water heater on Tuesday. Put in a request online and had a plumber knock on my door two hours later. He provided upfront pricing, hauled away the rusted tank, and cleanly installed a brand-new 50-gallon replacement by lunchtime.

Cleared our sewer on Thanksgiving morning, saved our holiday
We had family flying in for Thanksgiving in Salt Lake City, when our main toilet started gurgling and water crept into the shower. I called expecting voicemail, but a real lady answered and sent Dave by 9:30. He cleared a nasty root clog quickly, charged no holiday fee, and saved dinner. The reviews from Salt Lake City have been awesome from my end.
